Updates to Item roller!

I have updated the Item roller so that you can now pick between item rarity’s!
this should make it simpler for DMs or players wanting to generate official DND items and not have to do what my DM had to do to get a rare or very rare item which was roll 100 items and hope that one was of the rarity you wanted.
